初二開年飯

我家有個習慣,就是在初二吃開年飯。

數今次開年飯,最特別的一味菜就是芽菇炆豬肉。

什麼是芽菇?它的外形像馬蹄、但口感像薯仔的蔬菜,卻不像薯仔那麼粉,有一點硬,不過這種食材配搭豬肉一起炆,非常好吃。

豬肉方面,當然要用五花腩,否則就不好吃了。

開年飯最重要的,是一家人一起吃飯的這種溫暖,食物已經是其次。
